Producenten udtaler:

Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Fruit Source: Polish Hill River in the Clare Valley SA. The fruit grows in our vineyard adjacent to Stone Cutting Road.

Vintage: Long dry conditions during the growing season promoted early maturation of the grapes with vintage between 3-4 weeks earlier than normal.

Bottled: February 2008.

Colour: Light straw to light golden.
Nose: Melon / stone fruit on the nose with hints of citrus.
Palate: Showing strength of body and good depth of flavours of ripe peach, citrus and faint honey characters on the palate.

Food Ideas: Coq a vin, Roast CHicken, Mushroom Rissoto or fresh salads with walnuts and fruit.
