Clare Valley SA. From our dry grown vineyard that looked spectacular throughout the growing season we harvested beautiful fruit. Maturity, in respect to sugar levels, flavour andacid balance, was near perfect. A long and even fermentation ensured that we retained these flavours and French oak maturation for 6 months has added subtle complexities and flavours.

Vintage:
A warm growing season which produced grapes of good depth & concentration of flavours.

Palate:
This chardonnay has it all - a fresh, lively palate that dances across the tounge showing lovely peach, nectarine flavours balanced with elegant oak and exhibiting a lovely lingering finish.
