Vintage: With no rain throughout the entire vintage we experienced a perfect ripening time which enabled the fruit to mature beautifully.

Colour: Bright straw.
Nose: Riesling fruit characters of lime and lemon dominate the nose with a touch of spice.
Palate: Full flavoured, well balanced and offers a clean refreshing finish.

Food Ideas: Serve with Asian cuisine, cheese platters with dried fruit and nuts.
